These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ct999i ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ct999i website, mobile interface and all associated services available at https://ct999i.cam.

By registering an account, accessing any feature, placing a wager or making a deposit on the ct999i platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

ct999i is an English-language online entertainment platform designed primarily for players in Pakistan. We present sports betting odds, live dealer games, casino products and associated promotional content in English, with Urdu-language customer support available on request.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account with ct999i, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.

Each User may hold only one Account on the ct999i Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, pending operator review.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any time the Platform reasonably requests — you must complete identity verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months.
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (where required).

The Platform reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All deposits into your ct999i Account must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds. ct999i does not accept deposits from persons other than the registered Account holder.

The primary account currency is PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are published in the Platform's cashier section. These figures are subject to change and the current applicable thresholds govern at the time of the transaction.

Familiar payment methods referenced within the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for informational and contextual familiarity only. Their appearance on this Platform does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or approval of gambling activities by those institutions. Actual deposit availability is determined by current operator terms.

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by ct999i are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of availability. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms govern for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ct999i promotions include:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a stated wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in cumulative bets before cash-out eligibility.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum permitted bet per round, spin or event applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer products may contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.

• Attempting to exploit system errors, software vulnerabilities, odds errors or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users to gain unfair advantages in multiplayer games or promotional structures.
• Abusing customer support channels, including the submission of false claims or the use of offensive, threatening or discriminatory language toward support staff.
• Charging back deposits previously made to your Account.

ct999i monitors Account activity for signs of irregular or prohibited behaviour. Accounts found to be in breach will be suspended pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit outstanding balances proportionate to the breach, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

All content on the ct999i Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, data compilations and interface layouts — is the intellectual property of ct999i or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ct999i.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct999i shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of sports betting or casino products.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or data partners.

ct999i makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ct999i takes responsible gambling seriously as an operational obligation. The following tools are made available to all registered Users as standard features of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on funds deposited into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrictions on the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session-end notifications or enforced logouts after a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent restriction of access to your Account. To initiate self-exclusion, contact support directly.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance.
